Philipp Hechenberger

Philipp Hechenberger works as a management trainer and process consultant for Challenge Learning.
His range of activity includes various topics of development and improvement, with the aim of enabling people, teams and organizations to accomplish their tasks in operational systems and processes effectively and efficiently. One of his focuses is to support people to face new economic and societal challenges in a confident and motivated fashion.
Philipp operates primarily in the market economy and the public sector. His skills are based on practical experience as an athlete and coach in competitive sports at the international elite level, as well as on his academic training at the German Sport University in Cologne, where he extended his knowledge in the fields of psychology, pedagogy and sociology.
