Leon is an experienced and energetic change consultant and management trainer. He focuses on understanding and exploring the human dynamic in teams and organizations in order to achieve the best possible business results.

Leon thrives on helping organizations and teams raise their self-belief and achieve their potential. As a consultant he is well aware of how systems and context drive behavior and leverages this to support organizations in transforming their culture or strategies.

Leon is an experienced team facilitator who specializes in communication and improving the project performance of teams. He takes an experiential learning based and process-focused approach when working with teams to generate sustained learning and improvement. His expertise ranges from leadership and team development, to change management and process facilitation.

Leon not only focuses on leaving clients with take-away insights, but also with providing tangible steps for them to follow in order to improve the business situation and close the Knowing –Doing gap.

Leon is currently managing director of Challenge Learning in the Netherlands. He has delivered projects in Dutch, English and German and consistently achieved top performance scores from numerous international clients.
