Facilitation
Our role is to create the positive mindset for discussion and problem solving.
We search for the right format and frame for constructive dialogue to take place, with the end in mind:
Developing a coherent multi-level strategy
Selecting and designing the process facilitation tools, format and visuals
Facilitate the discussion
Synthesize and help the group move to action
Facilitation can be in small group settings or with a larger audience when new strategies and directions need to be implemented or when change is underway: presenting the change, allowing for debate and resistance to be expressed, creating buy-in.
We may use graphic facilitators, voting technology, or other tools to capture the pulse of the audience.
As a sparring partner we may be involved in to design and implement the right approach:
Kick off events – large group facilitation
Launch of new strategy or change projects
Acceleration of transition and transformation processes
