Hans-Christoph Gründler

Hans-Christoph supports companies as a trainer and as a senior management consultant in relation to project management, process management and supply chain management.
In more than 20 years as a consultant and manager, he has supported mostly companies from the industrial sector nationally and internationally as well as banks, insurance firms and public organizations. In addition, he works as a lecturer for process management and internationals production and global sourcing. In all of his engagements Hans-Christoph is very much focused on identifying the most effective methods and then delivering the skills training to support it.
In his spare time he enjoys time with his children, long distance trail running and skiing.
