Manuel Brunn has spent the last 15 years guiding change processes in organizations both in Germany and abroad. With substantial experience in consulting and moderation, he has implemented organizational development programs for teams and companies in diverse sectors. As a trained systemic consultant, he also specializes in conflict mediation and facilitation of large groups.
Thanks to his extensive international experience, Manuel works well in cross-cultural scenarios, promoting harmony and teamwork in culturally diverse teams. Always taking into account relevant stakeholders, he endeavors to co-create with participants, executives, and decision-makers in the implementation of organizational processes. He is both solutions-oriented and mindful of resources when working with clients.
As a former member of Germany’s national climbing team, he has many years of experience in professional competitive sports, which continues to enrich his work with groups.
