Lothar Sippl

Lothar Sippl supports Challenge Learning as a consultant and trainer of organizations, managers and teams. He develops effective change design, helps to manage connected projects and increases the change-fitness of the people involved. As a mediator, he facilitates connected crucial situations in teams and between individuals on all levels of the hierarchy.
With his broad background in organizational development, adult education, systemic coaching, facilitation, experience based training and conflict-mediation, he combines elements of those different “worlds” to tailored and successful concepts.
For 15 years, Lothar has worked for national and international clients with a focus in telecommunication, finance and automotive.
Next to his passion for his work, he lives with his wife in Bavaria and loves to do all sort of watersports.
