She is a certified systemic management coach. Her expertise lies in change management of all kinds. As a moderator of group processes and decision making in small and large groups, she fosters sustainable results. Cornelia is also a graphic recording facilitator.
Cornelia is interested in permanent further education. Her Change Architectures are both close to real life and science based. She has worked as a trainer consultant and coach since 2000.
Besides work, she loves cycling.
